PAUL is a ''Maison de Qualité'' whose values have been perpetuated since 1889. It is also, and most importantly, a family concern: five generations dedicated to the taste of good bread since we opened the first bakery.
Today, we are particularly proud to inaugurate our bakery-restaurants in Singapore and to say that our bread has the same subtle, nutty taste that it has in Paris.
PAUL has become a part of France’s culinary, but also cultural, heritage. Our bakery-restaurants in Singapore have the past and, in their way, recall a certain idea of traditional baking. We kept this same idea as we serves in the restaurant: we used the finest materials to decorate the shop, with antiques and decorative element that were hunted all over France, and this has given it the special, welcoming atmosphere we find here today.
